Privacy Policy

Reelora is for users who are 18 years of age or older. This Privacy Policy explains that Reelora collects only User ID information. All other information is not collected by us and is stored on the user's phone for local use.

1. What Reelora Does

Reelora provides an AI creation hub with image conversion, image compression, image resizing, photo movie preparation, AI memory album generation, avatar story creation, and subtitle image composition. The app screens show workflows for uploading photos, classifying moments, building a memory timeline, creating a film preview, and saving captioned images.

Limited collection: Reelora collects only User ID information. Reelora does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, photos, videos, captions, prompts, memory timelines, album details, avatar content, location, contacts, camera data, microphone data, payment card details, or device media.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only User ID information. User ID information may be used to maintain basic app access, support app operation, identify service continuity, and protect the integrity of Reelora.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect uploaded photos, generated memory films, JPG or PNG files, image compression details, resized files, user-written captions, AI prompts, subtitle styles, avatar story inputs, memory album labels, photo tags, face clusters, place clusters, timelines, device files, precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or payment credentials.

4. Local Phone Storage

Information used by Reelora features other than User ID is stored on the user's phone for local app use. This may include selected photos, caption drafts, generated local outputs, image tool settings, timeline work, and studio preferences. Reelora does not collect that information from the phone.

5. Google Play

If a user downloads Reelora or completes an app-store-related action through Google Play, Google may process information under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Reelora does not collect payment card numbers or billing credentials.

6. Age Requirement

Reelora is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 must not use Reelora.

7. Security

Because Reelora keeps app materials local on the phone except for User ID information, users should protect their own device with a secure screen lock, updated operating system, and careful access controls.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if app functions, legal requirements, or store requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
